Yuvam Prime Beach Hotel

Tomorrow is our last day in marmaris after an 8 day stay. Im going to be honest the hotel is fine clean rooms, good AC and a decent breakfast, but there is 2 very big issues about this hotel that ruined the experience. We were staying on the 3rd floor and since the elevator is so small we take the stairs. On the 1st floor there is some crazy dogg guarding the stairs infront of someones hotel room who lives in the hotel but refuses to let the dog inside, keeps it out in the 35 degrees hallway! How can you do this to your personal pet? The dog will try to attack you if you walk past it which we do 4-5 times a day. My 2 children are frightend of this animal. When you reach the room to sleep there is no way you or your kids are going to sleep before 01:45. Loud terrible music,microphone shouting, train horn sounds,etc untill 01:30 Yuvam hotel? Never again.

There was a young guy at the reception who hates his job and doesn’t want to do nothing he looked like he was forced to work there. we asked him couple things he ignored us it was confusing and exhausting at the beginning, but good thing is the manager here has good customer service we had a problem with rooms the manager worked with us and got us good place. the cleaning is not the best but also not too bad you always can ask for extra cleaning or more detailed cleaning they won’t charge you for that(just be nice and tip the cleaning lady). Over all nice staff not too friendly but polite. If you have older people with you who wants to sleep this is not your place it would be noisy a little at night it has a club downstairs. For people who likes parties and beach this place is the best. I put 5 stars because I loved the location right at the beach and I can't ignore the manager was nice and cared enough to get us better place everything else was decent.

Stayed here for 1 week for the 5th time after not coming to turkey for 5 years. Still a nice clean hotel with decent breakfast and very good beds. The AC is now free instead of paying extra. Unfortunately the terras is now owned by Irish pub that doesnt belong to the hotel. Meaning you can no longer put food and drinks on your room tab. These guys ruin your night if you want to sleep early. They party everyday untill 00.30 with very loud music and microphone shouting. We were in the last room of the hotel all the way in the back but the music was still so loud it would keep me awake. So I had to drink extra alcohol every night just to fall asleep maybe. What also really surprised me are the hotel rules. In mamaris it was 35 degrees everyday so you want to bring some drinks to your room. But the rules dont allow you to bring drinks or foods from outside, rules even say they kick you out off the hotel if you do so. Also what the f.. is up with the aggresive dog on the first floor? It tried to attack me everytime you get up the stairs. Please bring this animal inside the room instead of keeping it outside the door infront of the hotel stairs Would rate 4/5 but 3/5 because of the Irish Pub and the dog. Dont bring children here.
